Returns Policy

In the event a customer must return goods to Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC the following procedures are to be followed:

RETURN POLICY

  1. Expired Product
    Expired product may be returned for full credit based on WAC at the time of sale less 10% and any discounts granted.  Credits will only be offered for 6 months after the product’s labeled expiration date.

    Georgia, North Carolina & Mississippi Customers
    Per state law, expired products may be returned for full or partial credit for up to 6 months after the labeled expiration date.  Credit will be based on WAC less 10% and less discounts granted at the time of sale.   Partial returns will be credited at actual count received in a Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC package.  A 7% handling fee for a product purchased for a pharmacy or facility in Georgia will apply.

  2. Unexpired Product and Discontinued Product
    Unexpired - It is not our policy to accept returns of unexpired saleable merchandise where the intent of the customer is to reduce inventory.

    Discontinued - Credits will only be offered for 6 months after the published issue date of the discontinuation notice.

  3. Credits
    A credit will be issued directly to the wholesaler, or other direct buying customer, for all qualifying returns.  In addition, as allowed by Georgia state law, a 7% handling fee for all products purchased for a pharmacy or facility in Georgia will be applied.

    Any return that does not follow Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC disposition instructions may be subject to a 7% processing fee that will be applied to the final credit being issued.

  4. Non-Returnable Item
    Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC reserves the right to destroy, without credit, any returned product that falls under “Non-Returnable Item”.
    • Product with damage due to improper storage or handling.
    • Product with damage by being subjected to extremes in temperature.
    • Product that has been opened and/or with partial contents; except as noted under A. above (Georgia, North Carolina & Mississippi).
    • Product that is 6 months past the labeled expiration date.
    • Product that is 6 months past the published discontinuation date.
    • Product repackaged; not in the original container; or defaced with label alterations, stickers or markings.
    • Product not yet expired and/or saleable merchandise.
    • Product involved in a fire sale, bankruptcy, or distress sale.
    • Any return that does not follow Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC Returned Goods Policy.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Controlled Substances should not be returned to Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC and will qualify for credit if destroyed in compliance with all Federal and State regulations.  In lieu of actual product, we will accept a copy of a bona fide DEA Form 41 documenting the product(s) destruction and when enclosed or attached to the Wholesaler’s return authorization assigned by Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC.

REQUESTING A RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA)

All returns require a Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC RA number.

A RA number can be obtained by sending a request to Laser Pharmaceuticals through email to returns@laserpharmaceuticals.com or by fax to 864.286.8230.

All products requested for return must be listed and contain the following:

  • Customer debit memo number
  • Product name
  • Lot number
  • Label expiration date
  • Reason for Return

SHIPMENT OF AUTHORIZED RETURNS

In all cases, return requests with a disposition to ship to Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC must be prepaid by the customer.

It is the shipper’s responsibility to securely package all returns so as to prevent breakage during transit.  Delivery of broken, wet, or leaking shipping containers may be refused by Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC and returned to the shipper at the shipper’s expense.

The assigned Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC RA number must be affixed to each shipping container.

POLICY FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE, SHORTAGES, AND OVERAGES

Shipments from Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC should be carefully inspected on arrival to determine any damage or concealed loss.  Freight bills for shipments that show external damage must be properly noted by the carrier at time of delivery.  Shipments having a shortage or overage must be noted on the freight bill at time of delivery. 

For the processing of claims related to damaged products, shortages, or overages found during the receiving process, a RA must be obtained from Laser Pharmaceuticals, LLC within (5) days of the receipt by contacting Customer Service at 864-286-8229.
